* We will offer a courtesy confirmation call 48 hours in advance o if there is any challenge with your appointment time we can adjust it to fit your needs.

 

* We will be open to communication both before during and after your appointment so that if any challenges arise we may solve them in an appropriate time frame.

* We will make sure you are aware of the cancellation policy so that we all may succeed.

* We will correct any challenge with your service as long as you call within 3 days from the time of your visit.
